Fall is underway and we're seeing teams push towards end of year goals and start planning for the new year's objectives. Right now we're booking into first and second quarter of 2025 with team and organizational projects ranging from engagement assessments, team coaching and develop programs, and individual coaching projects.
Meet Sara, our Founder and Principal Consultant!
Sara is focused on making change easier. With 20+ years of professional experience in clinical, corporate, and non-profit settings, Sara utilizes her diverse skill set to make change possible with individuals, teams, and organizations.
Sara obtained her Bachelors in Management from Case Western Reserve University and her Masters in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University. Additionally, she carries certifications a wide variety of leadership and organizational development tools. Sara lives in Cleveland Heights, Ohio with her two children, Anahita (6) and Sirona (3) and enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new spaces in Cleveland, and learning how others make an impact in their communities and organizations.
